Account Manager - Grocery

We use data-driven analytics and industry knowledge to provide best-in-class support and strategic value to our partners. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.

You'll be reporting to the Client Partner.

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Deliveroo’s most important grocery partnersOwn relationships with key grocery industry stakeholdersAccountable to improve/maintain in-store operational metricsAnalyse data to drive growth and profitability, both for your partners and for DeliverooWork cross-functionally with other departments to drive new initiativesPlan and execute marketing initiatives with your portfolio partnersNegotiate new commercial rates with existing partnersUse insights to expand grocery coverage across the UAERequirementsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillswell-organised with excellent team-player qualitiesStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationshipsAgile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environmentDemonstrate strong competency using Microsoft Office tools and related project/program management applications to drive best practiceWorkplace & BenefitsAt Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare.
