Delivery and Operations Specialist

【Job Responsibility】1. Responsible for the delivery tasks of Alibaba Cloud Private Cloud, including the installation and deployment of hardware equipment and software platforms.2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the customer's Alibaba Cloud platform, including monitoring and inspection, issue handling, changes, emergency fault handling, risk management, continuous delivery, and operation automation.3. Possess certain experience in performance testing, fault drills, monitoring system optimization, security hardening, architecture optimization, cloud-native migration, and operation system based on individual skills.4. Provide optimization and improvement implementation or suggestions based on customer's business needs, such as performance capacity evaluation, current limiting and degradation plans, complex SQL optimization, and operation process improvement.5. Provide high-level support for major projects to ensure overall business stability and continuity.6. Technical communication with users, on-site work summary, and regular reporting.【Work Skills Requirement】1. Proficient in Linux with strong problem localization and performance analysis and optimization experience, capable of independently troubleshooting and solving various platform-level issues.2. Proficient in mainstream databases (MySQL, PostgreSql, etc.), with in-depth research and understanding of database performance optimization, backup and recovery, and master-slave replication.3. Familiar with Tcp/http protocols, able to analyze common network issues, and familiar with DNS, NTP, DHCP, and other common services.4.Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related fields, with more than 3 years of operation and maintenance experience. Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Shell/Python.5. Good team collaboration and communication skills, willing to share, and strong customer service awareness.6.
