Delivery and Service Technician

Wattbike is used by the biggest sports teams and athletes across the Premier League, NBA, NHL, NFL, national rugby teams and more, as well as thousands of everyday athletes at home. This role will join a passionate and established team, helping ensure that our customers get the best possible service in the delivery, installation and upkeep of their bikes.Role OverviewReporting into the Distribution Manager, you will be involved in the daily delivery and collections of Wattbikes across the UK. This includes reliability and due diligence in contacting customers, customer experience is absolutely core to this role and the successful candidate will be an ambassador for the Wattbike brand when out on the road. This role will require a significant amount of driving each week and will incorporate some anti-social hours. This role will also include some work in the factory dependent on demand.Key Responsibilities Delivery & Location Servicing Delivery and collection of Wattbikes at locations throughout the UK Installation of new Wattbikes Provide a great service to our customers - being friendly, helpful and efficient, and keeping the customer up to date on arrival times Complete delivery reports as required Ensure a flow of communication as needed with the wider internal Operations team Make sure the company vehicle is well maintained and clean, ready for the next deliveryGeneral warehouse duties if requiredRequirementsExperience in a similar role is idealA passion for excellent customer serviceBe flexible, self-motivated, reliable and punctualGood and confident planner and communicatorMust be happy with early mornings and lots of drivingFull UK driving license with 3 years driving experience, and no more than 3 points on your licencesBenefitsWhat You'll Get 26 days holiday per year + bank holidays Pension and free life insurance A Wattbike on loan for your home On site training zone and cycling/running groups Ongoing support for personal progression
