Job Description

Role: Coordinator, Delivery OperationsLocation: Netherlands - Based in (City TBD) with weekly travel to offices in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, and Groningen.Contract Duration: 10/27/2025 to 04/26/2026Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Onboarding & Setup: Facilitate account setup for new delivery partners, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and knowledge before their first shift.Performance Management: Monitor and actively steer the performance of partners within your designated city. Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.Operational Updates: Maintain constant communication with partners, providing timely updates on operations, incentives, events, and weather emergencies.Live Operations Management: Actively manage real-time operations by spotting, resolving, and escalating issues as they arise.Engagement & Feedback: Champion a positive environment. Identify process gaps or inefficiencies based on direct partner feedback and propose solutions.Direct Support: Provide necessary technical support and assistance to delivery partners.Required QualificationsLanguage Proficiency: Written and spoken fluency in both English and Dutch.Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours). Standard hours are 11:00 to 20:00.Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced operational environment.Mindset: Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, and a strong drive to achieve results.Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to local offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Groningen) for half-day or full-day trips on a weekly basis.
