Job Description

Own the delivery of all projects/programs from HARMAN side for which HARMAN is providing service to ApplegreenStake holders’ management. Act as first point of escalation for any delivery issues. Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements. Resource staffing management. Supervise work of other team members in the the program/project such as Integration leads, Team leads, SolutionArchitects, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters and provide necessary feedback as and when required. Manage and control Program/Project financials.
