Job Title: Delivery Head – USA Client Accounts (Hyderabad)Department: Recruitment / Talent DeliveryIndustry Focus: IT, Engineering & Life SciencesLocation: Hyderabad, IndiaRole Overview:The Delivery Head – USA Clients will lead and manage recruitment delivery operations for U.S.-based clients across IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences domains. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can ensure consistent and high-quality results, while building strong alignment between clients, business teams, and internal stakeholders. The position involves a blend of daily operational leadership and long-term strategic planning to scale delivery teams and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:The Delivery Head will oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple U.S. client accounts, ensuring all positions are closed with accuracy, speed, and quality.They will act as the primary point of escalation for client or delivery challenges and ensure smooth coordination across teams.Close collaboration with Business Development Managers (BDMs) will be essential—holding daily update calls to review open requirements, candidate pipelines, and client feedback, along with weekly review meetings to align on delivery progress and strategic goals.The role also involves direct engagement with internal stakeholders through weekly meetings to review performance metrics, forecast hiring needs, and align resources.Daily meetings with the delivery and recruitment teams will be conducted to track productivity, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment on client priorities.The Delivery Head will be responsible for ensuring the team meets its daily and weekly targets, while maintaining transparency and accountability at every level.A key part of this position is building, mentoring, and scaling the delivery team to meet growing U.S. client demands.The individual will drive recruitment operations efficiently, streamline processes, and foster a results-oriented culture that balances speed with quality.They will also identify low-engagement or inactive accounts and work proactively with BDMs to re-establish momentum and enhance client satisfaction.The Delivery Head will regularly monitor and report performance metrics such as submittals, interview-to-offer ratios, and client feedback, using data to drive improvements.They will work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies for scaling teams, improving delivery capability, and strengthening overall client relationships.Requirements:10+ years of experience in U.S. recruitment delivery or talent acquisition, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing multiple client accounts.Proven track record in handling recruitment for IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences clients in the U.S. market.Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, compliance, and time zone management.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution ability.Ability to manage large delivery teams and scale operations based on client requirements.Flexible to work in U.S. time zones (night shift).Based in Hyderabad (onsite preferred).Key Attributes:Strong ownership and accountability mindset.Excellent team leadership and motivation skills.Strategic yet hands-on approach to delivery and operations.Process-driven, data-oriented, and focused on results.Collaborative communicator who can bridge clients, teams, and business functions seamlessly.
