Job Description

Our client within the insurance sector is seeking two experienced Delivery Leads to support key streams within a multi-year transformation program. One role will focus on a project delivering a new standalone website and broader digital initiatives, while the other will support a business stream centred on improving service delivery, capability, and customer outcomes. Reporting to a Project Manager, both roles will help drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives designed to enhance customer experience.This is an initial contract through to end June 2026, based in the Brisbane CBD with 50% work-from-home flexibility.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Manager in overseeing day-to-day project delivery and governance across assigned workstreams.Coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure milestones and dependencies are managed effectively.Maintain delivery discipline through structured planning, risk and issue tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.Drive the successful rollout of pilots, releases, and operational transitions while ensuring readiness for business adoption.Support compliance, accessibility, and security standards across all delivery activities.Manage project documentation, RAID logs, and progress reporting to provide transparency and accountability.Foster collaboration across teams, promoting continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering projects within complex environments, with strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and delivery management skills. You’ll be confident managing external partners and navigating settings where delivery frameworks and ways of working are still evolving.
