Delivery Manager

Job Title: Delivery Manager (Data & AI) Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Turkey) Contract: Initial contract is Asap - End of Febuary 2026 (very highly likely to extend, rolling contract)Cressoft is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead and empower high-performing teams delivering complex technology solutions across data, AI, and digital platforms for one of the UK’s leading retail and e-commerce organizations. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless execution, alignment, and delivery of initiatives that impact millions of customers daily.🔍 What You’ll DoManage delivery across one or more Agile squads, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and to quality standards.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, track progress through Jira, and proactively identify and remove delivery impediments.Maintain delivery roadmaps and ensure transparent, timely communication across stakeholders.Coordinate and align cross-functional efforts between data engineering, MLOps, and architecture teams.Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team impacts within technical and business streams.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.✅ What You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in delivery management or project management within data or software engineering domains.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and proven success in leading Agile teams.Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and progress reporting or delivery dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills across technical and non-technical teams.Ability to manage complex technical dependencies and balance competing priorities.Background in data, analytics, or AI-driven projects is highly desirable.🛠 Nice to HaveExperience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-squad delivery environments.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).Exposure to DevOps or MLOps delivery models.🌍 Why Cressoft?Cressoft has delivered high-impact technology talent and consulting services across the UK since 2011.
