Technical Delivery Manager – Amsterdam (Hybrid / Salary up to €90k)-Dutch is RequiredOur client helps fast growing European scale-ups quickly scale their tech capacity by building dedicated remote development teams. These teams work as an extension of the client’s organization, while the Delivery Manager ensures smooth delivery, technical alignment, and long-term value.As Technical Delivery Manager, you will act as the bridge between business and technology. You will leverage your technical experience to spar with the clients (CTO, Product Owners, etc). You will help clients translate business needs into technical priorities, monitor projects, and ensure remote teams operate as a true extension of the client.This role is not traditional sales, but you will maintain and grow client relationships, identify opportunities to add value, and help clients make the right decisions when scaling teams up or down. Your technical insight and project management expertise will make you a trusted advisor.What you will do:Translate client business challenges into clear technical direction for their remote teams.Act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders on product, engineering, and scaling strategies.Monitor and guide project delivery, ensuring smooth collaboration between local stakeholders and remote teams.Support clients in decisions on scaling teams up or down based on technical insights.Help clients get the most value from their extended team model.Requirements:7+ years of experience in software development, engineering management, or a senior technical leadership role.Solid knowledge of Agile practices and project management frameworks.Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders (CTO / Product / Engineering leads).Fluent in Dutch and English.Benefits:Salary up to €90kHybrid working setupOpportunity to work closely with some of Europe’s most exciting scale-upsInterested?
