A-to-Be is looking for a Delivery Manager to ensures efficient, predictable, and high-quality delivery across the Mobility Solutions portfolio. This role blends strategic coordination, governance, and hands-on delivery leadership, acting as both Delivery Lead and Technical Product Owner (TPO) for key initiatives.You will align capacity, priorities, and execution across multiple delivery streams, reinforcing best practices and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery ManagementCoordinate and monitor execution across development and product teams.Define and track delivery metrics for quality, productivity, efficiency, and predictability.Own the estimation and execution process (ROM and HLE Catalogue).Manage roadmap progress, risks, and dependencies.Align priorities and delivery capacity with business and technical stakeholders.Provide consolidated visibility of KPIs and performance trends to leadership.2. People LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop TPOs and delivery staff to ensure high performance.Drive a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews, and promote technical excellence.Ensure effective communication and coordination across delivery teams.3. Technical Product Ownership (Lead by Example)Demonstrate lead-by-example practices to reinforce consistency and execution standards.Act as TPO for selected initiatives to demonstrate delivery discipline.Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.Collaborate closely with development teams to define, design, and validate solutions.Manage and prioritize backlogs with focus on value, stability, and efficiency.Identify and resolve recurring delivery or process bottlenecks using data insights4. Governance & CoordinationLead planning and reporting cycles, consolidating capacity and delivery forecasts.Standardize governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.Support budget and resource planning through performance metrics.Ensure alignment between delivery execution, technical strategy, and business goals.Drive continuous improvement through measurement and structured follow-up.Qualifications:Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.12+ years of experience in software delivery, combining leadership and hands-on roles.Proven track record managing complex, multi-team initiatives.Skills:Strong analytical mindset and ability to define/interprete delivery KPIs.Solid command of agile methodologies, SDLC, and backlog management.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills.Hands-on technical problem-solving and ownership attitude.Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel for reporting and control.Experience in mobility, tolling, or large-scale digital service environments.Familiarity with OutSystems, Salesforce, and modern cloud-based architectures.Brisa Group is leading the way to your future, join us!
