You’ll be responsible for leading delivery teams and ensuring the successful execution of both projects and managed services. At the same time, you’ll play a crucial role in developing the business relationship with clients by identifying growth opportunities and expanding our service scope in areas such as networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services (Linux/Windows), automation, cloud native solutions, and observability.Position - How You'll ContributeLeading and developing the delivery team working for the client in the Private Cloud domainBuilding and maintaining strong strategic relationships with client stakeholdersOverseeing delivery of projects and managed services, ensuring quality, SLA compliance, and operational excellenceIdentifying and driving business development opportunities within the client organization (upscaling scope and capabilities)Monitoring project scope, profitability, and margin contributionManaging recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for assigned teamsFormal handling of contracts, clauses, and service agreements forming the basis of cooperation with the clientQualificationsExpectations - the experience you need5+ years of experience in delivery or service management roles in cloud or IT infrastructureProven track record in managing teams and developing business within client accountsCommercial experience in managing profitability, scope, and performance in multinational setupsPractical knowledge of ITIL processes, SLA management, and Managed Services operationsBusiness and technical understanding of Private Cloud, networking, virtualization, OS & Middleware Services, automation, cloud native solutions, and observabilityFluent English and Polish, both written and spokenAdditional Skills – The Edge You HaveStrong client relationship management and negotiation skillsAbility to connect technical capabilities with business value and growth opportunitiesAdditional InformationOur Offer – Professional Development, Personal Growth:Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients International business trips Non-corporate atmosphere Language classes Internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance Multisport card Well-being initiatives Position at: Software Mind PolandAdditional Skills – The Edge You HaveServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).Knowledge of ITOM as a secondary or “nice-to-have” skill.
