Delivery Manager

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects and initiatives across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of agile and traditional delivery methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define project requirements and delivery plans.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure continuous improvement.Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and delivery metrics to stakeholders and leadership.Ensure resource allocation aligns with project needs and business priorities.Drive operational excellence and process optimization across delivery teams.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in technology or consulting environments.Proven track record of managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Trello).PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
