You must be a problem solver and have an ability to thrive in ambiguity. You need to define and follow process diligently. You must have worked in and led a team that is geographically and culturally diverse. You must have managed vendor resources, and CXO level stakeholders.Applicants should be experienced in working in an agile methodology with teams and stakeholders across a global environment. In addition, a strong business analysis skill set is required to be able to identify and assess value to prioritise delivery in line with the business needs. Your communication skills should be top-notch.RequirementsQualifications and CertificationsEngineering Undergraduate Degree (Preferred: Computer Science, Next preference: IT, Electronics, Electrical) or any other equivalent Engineering or Computer Science degree (full-time)MBA (Preferred)PMP Trained (PMP Certification is preferred)Scrum Trained (PSM certification is preferred)ITIL Trained (Certification is preferred)Experience5/6+ years of E2E Software Project ManagementMust HavesExperienced in different project deployment methodologies (Waterfall, iterative, Incremental, Agile etc.)Experienced in Agile Ways of WorkingVery strong project management skillsDocumented evidence of having delivered complex and global enterprise software projects.Documented evidence of having worked in dynamic and fast-paced global environment.Ability to work independently with minimum oversight, taking ownership of own deliverables.Documented evidence of leading and managing vendor teams.Documented evidence of strong stakeholder management, including CXO level stakeholders.Ability to work with people from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds – excellent interpersonal and people management skills. Good understanding of conflict resolution strategies.Ability to precisely, clearly, succinctly, and timely communicate the desired information to the right set of stakeholders.Ability to manage all aspect of Project Finances. Maintain updated and meticulous records and share reports as needed.Strong documentation skills – all project artifacts, including minutes of the meetings, and key deliverables to be adequately documented.Problem Solving mindset – should be able to analyse issues quickly and comprehensively and come up with workable and feasible workarounds and solutions.A hands-on and practical understanding of IT Service Management, including Design, Operation, Planning, Delivery, Monitoring, and Support. Hands-on knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Service Request Management etc.Above average skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Can create moderately complex Excel reports and charts independently, and present findings in succinct slides.
