You’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex projects, from discovery to release and maintenance, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to governance standards.Team & Business Leadership: Foster a motivated, engaged, and high-performing team by inspiring individuals, removing obstacles, and providing the necessary tools and resources. You’ll communicate business decisions and organizational changes effectively, actively shaping team dynamics and contributing to the organization’s growth.Individual Development: Work 1-on-1 with team members to support their growth, provide constructive feedback, and enhance their performance, aligning their development with organizational goals.RequirementsWhat we need from you:AboutWe seek a hands-on leader who is proactive, business-oriented, and passionate about both people and product delivery. Specifically, we need someone with:Proven experience in IT project management and delivering complex projects in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.Strong background in managing IT teams with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams and fostering their performance, motivation, and engagement.Expertise in people management, including conducting 1-on-1s, providing feedback, and supporting career development.A hands-on approach—someone who can delegate effectively but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into tasks when needed.Experience as a Product Owner (PO) is a plus, particularly in client-facing roles or working closely with stakeholders.A business- and product-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to clients while prioritizing team well-being.A proactive attitude with a sense of mission, eager to take ownership, influence team-building, and shape the organization.English fluency (C1+) in both spoken and written communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of multiple complex, simultaneous IT projects from discovery to release and maintenance.Lead and inspire project/product teams to deliver exceptional results to clients by motivating them, removing obstacles, and ensuring access to necessary resources.Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering a client-focused service culture with the highest standards of quality, commitment, and efficiency.Actively contribute to organizational operations, growth, and development through cross-functional collaboration.Ensure delivered services meet client needs and agreed outcomes while adhering to quality and governance standards.Develop team members through 1-on-1 coaching, feedback, and tailored development plans to meet individual and organizational goals.Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, demonstrating peer-to-peer and upward loyalty.What you can expect from usCompetitive salary based on your skills and experience, offered through a B2B contract.Participation in innovative and challenging projects for clients around the world.Opportunity to build a new branch of the company, playing a key role in shaping its growth.Hybrid work model (2-3 days in a co-working space in Buenos Aires).Individual career path with continuous evaluation of your development.All necessary equipment, including a laptop and accessories.Location (Hybrid)
