This pivotal role involves overseeing helpdesk operations, driving continual service improvement, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services within contractual requirements. You will monitor organisational processes, introduce improvements, and implement strategies to boost efficiency and productivity. The Delivery / Operations Manager will manage a diverse team, mentor new and junior members, and contribute to long-term planning and policy development.
