You will work with large datasets to extract insights, develop KPI-focused analyses, and build models that support operational decision-making. By providing clear reporting, visualizations, and data-driven solutions, you will guide teams in identifying improvement areas and solving operational challenges.ResponsibilitiesCreate, analyze, and share daily, monthly, and annual reports with relevant teamsPerform instant tracking of performance reports on sellers and cargo partners, generating automatic reports for the performance parameters. / automate the regular performance reportsExploring KPI improvement areas with granular analysisWork with large datasets for data extraction, analysis, presentation, and visualizationCreate useful reporting, propensity models for the needs of the teams, evaluate the reporting requests and come up with solutionsConduct analyses that guide the operation teams and solve their problemsExpected QualificationsBachelor’s degree from engineering departments of reputable universities (preferably industrial engineering)1-3 years of experience in related position (e-commerce, operations experience, analysis & reporting)Knowledge or genuine interest in the use of SQL or similar reporting tool (pref.
