The team focuses on effective planning, execution, and governance to deliver valuable outcomes that enhance business capabilities.YOUR ROLEThe Business Process and Technology (BPT) Delivery Owner for the Solutions Delivery team is accountable for the successful delivery of projects with the Solution delivery area. The delivery owner should lead the project team to understand the project requirements and support the team in delivering the project using CCEP BPT best practices and policies whilst maintaining a high level of quality. The delivery owner will be delivery orientated with a good understanding and experience in project management with the ability to be collaborative, prioritize tasks and engage with other project teams, stakeholders and leaders. The delivery owner may be required to managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as have the ability to partner with a number of client groups.Key AccountabilitiesLead delivery and ownership of BPT projects across international environments.Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects (scope, cost, quality, risk, change, communication).Ensure valuable, timely, and successful delivery of initiatives.Collaborate with business product owners, business partners, architects, and support teams to shape requirements and define solutions.Consult with stakeholders to identify challenges/opportunities for business capability improvements.Lead teams of internal and external resources to deliver initiatives.Manage and prioritize product backlog/requirements with transparency.Deliver new product features and functionalities in partnership with delivery teams.Leverage BPT tools, frameworks, and methods to improve delivery performanceSupport problem resolution and ensure knowledge transfer to relevant teams.QualificationsA relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degreeA minimum of 5 years cross-sector/industry experience in a corporate or consultancy environment of SAP Finance / procurement as well as SAP FICO configurationDeep knowledge of IT, including technology lifecycle, change management, and transformationProven track record in delivering end-to-end projects and advising leaders and project teams.Strong strategic planning and requirement configuration experience.Broad understanding of business processes and their relationship with applications.Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and stakeholders.Experience with project management and testing tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Solman).Familiarity with both waterfall and agile implementation methodologies, and awareness of best practices and current technologies.
