Field Marketing Program Management Oversees planning and delivery of major marketing initiatives across China, including Cloud Summit, Cloud Next Recap, and I/O Connect. Coordinates between marketing, sales, and extended teams to ensure all event objectives are met. Manages logistics, stakeholder communication, and execution schedules to support customer engagement and demand generation. Conducts coordination under limited budgets, emphasizing efficiency and output quality. Oversees deliverables such as campaign materials, localized content, and event production support. Works closely with PR and legal teams for mandatory reviews before public release. Oversees local social media messaging on WeChat, Weibo, and Bilibili. Ensures consistent messaging, adapts to China’s unique digital and operational landscape, and provides regular updates to stakeholders. Analyzes event outcomes, lead conversions, and marketing ROI to assess effectiveness. Works with sales teams to ensure follow-up on generated leads. Provides insights to optimize future campaigns. For example, if AI demo is set in each office, need to work without agency vendor and to make sure all those correctly displayed and engaged with the audience including both internal and external system and partners as well.
