Description & RequirementsWho we are looking for University education (Master's degree) either in business (economics, management, finance) or technical field (engineering, computer science, mathematics) 2+ years of experience Some experience in the domain of consulting/advisory is an advantage (for Senior Consultant) Logical and systematic approach to solving analytical tasks (business & data analysis) Communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal) Advanced English and Croatian language / communication skills Advanced MS Office knowledge (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills Ability to work independently Ability to work in a team and stress resilience Diligence, punctuality, a systematic responsible approach Willingness to invest time in one’s own knowledge and competenciesYour future roleParticipation in client engagements, preparation of underlying materials and reporting to engagement managers.

Gather and analyze data, synthesizing complex information into clear and actionable findings (market research, build financial models, deep-dive into company performance, analyze competitors etc. )Work in a team of consultants on identifying issues and developing (and often implementing) solutions for our clients. Structure complex problems and develop hypotheses to solve them.
