Job DescriptionAs a Personal Assistant in the Dunedin Deloitte office you will support and work closely with two of our Audit partners. Your typical day will include:
Anticipating and coordinating flights, accommodation and meeting arrangements Event coordination – roughly 10 events per year Deal proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and respond as appropriate Produce high quality complex documents Develop and maintain effective and efficient office systems Assist with other administrative tasks as required Working with the other support team members across the business QualificationsBring your previous Personal Assistant experience and see what impact you can make. SkillsYou will have previous experience in a similar role, with a professional yet personable character.
Confident and client focused with the ability to communicate at all levels is essential for success in this role. The desire to continually learn and be challenged is important in this role as is exceptional attention to detail and the creative use of initiative in forward planning. Other key skills are:
