Strategy, Business & Design team under the Strategy, Risk & Transactions service line is looking for highly motivated and analytical professionals to join its growing team. We are currently looking for Consultant / Senior Consultant with the following skills and experience:
A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics,Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is a plus,2- 5 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a leading consumer business, FSI business, telecom company, energy company, manufacturing company (manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, consumer products manufacturing or retail),Structured and analytical thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills,Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment,Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words,Ability to demonstrate active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly,Experience in trade/commercial projects in commercial strategy and commercial process development such as branding, analytical pricing, trade terms, sales excellence and marketing excellence areas in B2B/B2C,Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills,Actively participates in key learning and development opportunities for his/her level,Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly,Asks insightful and provocative questions to understand the diverse views, interests and expectations of key stakeholders.
