Job Description

Description: The Laborer reports directly to the Laborer Foreman and supports oilfield operations through labor-intensive activities to include, but not limited to; digging trenches, general groundwork around drill sites and process facilities, assisting various discipline journeyman with job tasks (scaffold, architectural, insulation, iron worker, etc. ) job site maintenance and installation of mechanical apparatus. The incumbent will operate both hand and power tools as needed. Job tasks vary daily. Schedule: 4 weeks ON 2 weeks OFF7 days per week 11. 5 hours per day80. 5 hours per weekHousing, meals and transportation company provided while on the North SlopeWork Location: North Slope, AlaskaWorkplace Benefits:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Basic knowledge and proficiency of hand and power tools used in an industrial oilfield settingBasic knowledge of civil, structural, pipefitting and/or other labor craftsKnowledge and experience in oilfield operations, preferredAbility to use time efficiently to complete projects/assignments on timeAbility to work minimum 11. 5-hour shift dailyAbility to follow instructions and communicate clearly in a team environmentSkilled in maintaining positive attitude in challenging situations Physical Demand/Work Environment:
