Some Of The Main Responsibilities Are Listed As BelowHandle onboarding, offboarding, and employment contract preparationMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systemsCollect and organize data to support payroll processingEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policiesRespond to employee HR-related inquiries and requestsSupport recruitment, training, and other HR initiativesQualificationsThis is a fully on-site position (remote or hybrid work is not available)Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and excellent communication skillsSolid understanding and experience of European local labor laws and HR best practices.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in a second European language (Dutch, German, Italian, or Polish)
