Reporting to the Director of GTM, you will be responsible for designing and executing the full demand generation strategy to drive demand from both existing clients and prospects.You will design and execute data-driven demand generation initiatives that directly drive pipeline growth and business performance.What You Will DoDefine and execute a cohesive global demand generation strategy aligned with growth and revenue targetsBuild and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified opportunities for Sales and Account Management teamsDevelop and oversee content initiatives, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign materials tailored to private equity and financial services audiencesPlan and execute impactful events and activations to generate leads and strengthen Dialectica's brand positioningOversee digital performance and paid media campaigns (via agency partners), ensuring optimized ROI and lead flowCollaborate closely with Sales and GTM leadership to ensure marketing priorities directly support pipeline and revenue goalsMeasure, analyze, and report on marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and ROI to drive continuous improvement and scalabilityWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with proven success in demand generation and pipeline growthStrong understanding of financial services, particularly private equity audiences and decision-making processesDemonstrated experience building scalable marketing engines that directly drive measurable revenue impactHands-on expertise across marketing channels including digital, content, and eventsStrategic mindset combined with a data-driven approach and strong execution capabilityComfortable managing external agencies and working independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentWhat You Will Get Out Of ItCompetitive base salary with additional performance incentivesCoverage under the company's collective health insurance planHybrid work model & extra personal/flex days and paid volunteer days a year for your favourite causeCompany-sponsored team-bonding eventsWeekly health & wellness activities, gym discounts, healthy breakfast, snacks and beveragesEntrepreneurial culture and amazing coworkers!Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career in a highly multicultural team within a global organization
