The result: a unified, 360° view of client relationships that enables personalized, data-driven engagement.Growth & Experimentation Culture - Own every stage of the customer lifecycle- from acquisition to retention, powered by data insights, creative testing, and cross-functional alignment.Exceptional Compensation & Perks:Competitive base pay: CAD $100K-110K + performance bonusRRSP/IRA matching, wellness time, generous vacation, volunteer daysExtended health, dental, life insurance, and professional development allowanceWhat You'll OwnBuild and drive the end-to-end demand generation roadmap- generating awareness and pipeline across North America and global markets.Design and execute ABM programs in close partnership with Sales and Business Development.Deploy, scale, and optimize campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce).Analyze, report, and iterate on performance metrics- leveraging dashboards to consistently surpass KPIs.Run multi-touch lifecycle experiments to refine approaches across acquisition, upsell, renewal, and advocacy.Introduce fresh ideas, test strategies relentlessly, and redefine growth marketing boundaries with a creative, analytical mindset.Influence cross-functional alignment and support strategic campaign execution throughout the organization.What You Bring5+ years of demand generation and growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in enterprise or regulated-industry contexts.Proven expertise in ABM, lead generation, nurturing, and multi-touch attribution frameworks.Strong technical familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce).Analytical rigor, creative strategy, and a passion for decoding buyer behaviour through data.Want to stay in the loop?
