Demand Planner

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Demand and Supply Planner who will play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities. This role is responsible for forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with sales, procurement, and logistics to achieve optimal supply chain performance.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. You will translate data into actionable plans that drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.We follow a hybrid work schedule, with most days of the week working onsite at our headquarters in Quezon City—giving you the best of both worlds: flexibility and strong collaboration with colleagues.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in demand and supply planning, forecasting, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries.Expertise:Proficient in forecasting tools, ERP systems, and Excel-based analytics.Strong understanding of sales trends, inventory control, and supply planning.Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics teams.Skills:Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Mindset: Data-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
