Demand Planner

Responsible for overall forecasting, purchasing, & shipment and oversee LG and channel PSI operation. Provide all the analysis in order to manage S&OP well and follow up with sales & marketing team to ensure that proper planning procedures are being applied.Responsibilities:1. Demand Planning & AnalysisDevelop weekly / monthly PSI analysis report and communicate with Sales & Marketing to review sales and inventory status.Use of PSI management system (GSCP, GDMI) to analyze sales forecast and shipment plan.2. KPI ManagementMonitor SFA/Channel PSI Coverage rate/Inventory management (DIO & aging inventory) and analyze troubled area by model to improve KPI.Publish weekly PSI KPI report to share the result and analysis.3. Coordinate S&OP meetingProvide statistical Sell out and channel stocks analysis andDiscuss action log for pending issue with all stake holders during the meetingUpdate and analyze channel PSI (Sell out analysis) and review overall forecasting4. Managing EOL/NPI productsBe aware of PRM and keep track of EOL / NPI sales & inventory status.5. Inventory ManagementMonitor and check Long term inventory and DIO regular basis to optimize inventory level6. Shipment Plan and monitoring shipmentMonitor shipment plan and shortage for respective product in order to reduce supply issue and optimize inventory levelRequirements:Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration or Logistics.Minimum 2 years relevant experience in SCM, Inventory planning, Order management.Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.Good interpersonal/communication attitude.Strong analytical and planning skillsStrong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint)A fast learner and a team player.Please attached your resume with expected salary and notice period would be appreciate.
