Position Summary:The Demand Planner oversees the demand planning process, ensuring timely and accurate data to support effective site utilization and efficiency. This role enables informed decision-making and provides essential demand forecasts for plant discussions on sales development and raw material needs for both internal and external suppliers.Your Mission:Coordinate sales forecasting with central and local experts at the site.Lead the monthly demand planning and review process, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and supply planning teams.Integrate customer forecasts, statistical models, market intelligence, inventory planning, and product life cycles to optimize the demand plan with local teams.Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), contributing inputs and supporting scenario planning efforts.Implement demand planning controls using root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve forecast accuracy and reduce bias.Identify and address risks and opportunities in demand planning, report master data issues, review demand data, and update KPIs monthly, sharing them with S&OP participants.Translate demand into raw material requirements and support continuous improvement of S&OP processes, policies, data, and governance.Your Profile:Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a college or university3-5 years of relevant experience in sales controlling or supply chainFluent English (verbal, written, and presentation)Strong drive for results and improvementProficient in data analysisBenefits:Free vegetables, fruits and drinksFlexible working hoursLearning & DevelopmentMeal discountsGet in touch:We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
