The Demand Planning & Customer Supply Chain Manager , Ambient OEM, Europe is responsible for driving demand planning (DP) and optimizing the customer supply chain (CSC) strategy in Europe This role ensures accurate demand forecasts and aligns factory production with market needs, enhancing service levels and streamlining processes for efficiency.The role involves collaboration with regional and global demand planning and customer supply chain leadership teams to align best practices, improve planning accuracy, resolve inventory and delivery issues, and contribute to long-term strategic plans. Leading the Europe demand planning and customer supply chain team, the incumbent fosters high performance, engagement, and connectivity across OEM, branded CSC teams, S&OP, and shared services for seamless operations.The role will report to the Demand Planning and Customer Supply Chain Director.Your Responsibilities:Europe Demand Planning Strategy:Collaborate with demand planners and the commercial team to develop a final market forecast for Supply Planning.Continuously work with demand planners to improve forecast accuracy.Drive best-practice adoption in demand planning, leveraging insights from other markets and brands.Customer Supply Chain Strategy and Operations:Partner with customer supply chain teams to ensure smooth, cost-effective order-to-delivery operations while complying with regulations.Make key decisions on warehouse needs, inventory strategy, and logistics planning.Recommend improvements for the order management and transportation systems, including 3PL coordination, to the Global DP & CSC team.Leadership Team Collaboration:Actively contribute to the global leadership team of Global DP & CSC to enhance short and long-term performance.Support the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans.Collaborate with leadership on strategic priorities, including order prioritization, inventory issues, and customer resolutions.People and Leadership:Motivate and lead the team to meet or exceed business targets, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.Build and maintain a strong, cross-country Europe DP & CSC team to drive engagement and performance.Attract, develop, and retain talent, ensuring employee satisfaction and managing team budget with HR collaboration.Why Choose Us?Our Values: At Thai Union, we uphold a culture defined by passion, humility, and respect.
