Business Process Manager – work across the entire value chain of DemantIn Demant we develop, produce and sell hearing aids through our wholesale and retail stores all over the world to help people with hearing loss to get a better quality of life. We are looking for you who want to play a key role in developing and optimizing our business processes within production, service and returns globally. Part of Global Custom Operation – an international businessIn Global Custom Operation we ensure the best utilization of our Custom Production and Service Sites to ensure capacity & capabilities meets evolving market demands.

The role will be placed in Business Process Management & BI. We develop custom business and service processes through close collaboration and integration with our Central Operation, Wholesale and Retail business, to optimize the customer experience and cost of handling in the end-to-end value chain. The job as Business Process ManagerWe are seeking a Business Process Manager, to lead the design, optimization and implementation of end-to-end processes related to custom-made hearing aids, aftersales service, and product returns.

If so, we want to hear from you!In this role you will be working on multiple projects at the same time and with stakeholders on all levels in the organization, from Production Operators to General Managers. Your overall focus is to: Lead and manage ERP implementation projects across multiple business units across the value chain and geographies.

Design, develop, optimize and implement global business processes in alignment with best practices within Production for custom made hearing, Service and Returns. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Operation, Wholesale and Retail to ensure global alignment and local adaptability, while acting as a Business Process Manager and Change Agent in one. Drive strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the value chain. Ensure global alignment and local adaptability while acting as a Business Process Manager and Change Agent in one.

This role includes significant international travel, and you can expect 40+ days of travel per year, with the potential for longer on-site stays during key project phases. Your daily basis is in Smørum, Denmark at our headquarters. Our expectations to youWe are looking for candidates who possess: MSc. in Business or Project Management, Business Administration or similar. 3-5 years of experience in working in cross functional projects and business process management. Experience of Business Process Mapping. Knowledge of ERP e. g. AX 2012 or Microsoft D365. Experience working with Lean/Continued improvement is a plus.

Proficiency in engaging and coordinating with various stakeholders. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; written and oral.
