Job Description

Accurately follow recipes and production sheets. Prepare ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning. Assist in baking and decorating pastries, breads, and other bakery items. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation guidelines. Monitor inventory and report low stock levels to the Chef de Partie or Head Baker. Operate and maintain bakery equipment. Follow all safety procedures. Assist with other tasks as directed by the Chef de Partie or Head Baker.
