Job Description

At Demo SA, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D Risk Assessment Officer to join our team. The purpose of the role is to oversee risk assessment and management for research and development projects, ensuring they comply with regulations, minimize risks, and operate effectively.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate potential risks associated with the presence or formation of nitrosamines and elemental impurities in pharmaceutical productsDevelop comprehensive risk management documentation to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standardsStay abreast of regulatory guidelines and requirements concerning nitrosamines and elemental impurities, ensuring continuous adherence to industry standardsPerform in-depth analysis to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with the occurrence or development of nitrosamines and elemental impurities in pharmaceutical products, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and industry expertiseCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA,QC, etc.

) to create and execute comprehensive risk management strategies, including protocols for the detection, prevention, and mitigation of nitrosamines and elemental impurities, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and regulatory frameworksRegularly assess and interpret evolving regulatory guidelines and requirements related to nitrosamines and elemental impurities, incorporating updated insights into risk management protocols to consistently adhere to industry best practices and standardsRequirementsExperience, skills and qualifications required: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

A Master's degree in Quality Management or a related field would be considered an asset At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with preferable experience of 1 year in the Quality Assurance departmentFluent oral and written skills in Greek & in EnglishAbility to work creatively, analytically with attention to detail, and proficiency in analytical toolsComputer literacyExcellent communication skills, coupled with analytical and critical thinking abilitiesDemonstrated project management skillsBenefitsThe Company offers competitive remuneration, continuous learning and development opportunities, and a friendly and challenging working environment.
