Then we are looking forward to receiving your application!Your ResponsibilitiesDraft, file, and prosecute patent applications in Europe and further afieldConduct patentability assessments, freedom-to-operate analyses, and provide strategic advice to clientsCollaborating with research and development teams and tech transfer offices of corporate and academic clients, to identify and protect innovationsRepresenting clients before Patent Office(s) and the European Patent OfficeKeeping up-to-date with changes in patent law and practiceYour ProfileMasters-level qualified in Chemistry or a Life Sciences fieldEQE-qualified with at least 5 years of experience in the profession; additional national qualification(s) are desirable but not essentialExperience in chemical/biomed/biotech casework, drafting, filing and prosecuting EPO and PCT applicationsKnowledge of EPO opposition and appeal procedures, contentious proceedingsStrong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of an international teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional linguistic skills are desirable but not essentialJoin and grow with us!
