In this role, you’ll work closely with our Commercial Product Manager and Sales team, helping to support business growth, shape our brand and create compelling content.
While a legal background isn’t essential, the ability to communicate effectively with legal professionals is a must. Your ResponsibilitiesCommercial Support, Data Analytics & Project ManagementContribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive business growth and strengthen client engagement. Organize and coordinate responses to tenders and RfPs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Prepare and run professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, internal briefings, and external events. Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams. Assist in preparing commercial offers and proposals in collaboration with attorneys and the Sales team.
Support project management efforts to ensure the smooth implementation of commercial initiatives and cross-functional alignment. Marketing, Content Creation & Social MediaDevelop marketing materials and collateral, such as e-flyers, brochures, landing pages, and videos for internal and external audiences. Create and schedule content for social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership. Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives to improve online visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing recommendations to improve content and reach. Stay informed on digital marketing trends and apply best practices in content creation and communication.
Your ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, or marketing role—preferably in a B2B or professional services setting. Strong command of Power BI and experience in preparing clear, actionable reports. Excellent project management skills—organized, structured, and comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with an eye for detail and visual storytelling. Fluent written and spoken English, with at least one additional language (German or French preferred). Strong writing and visual content creation skills, with experience across digital platforms, especially LinkedIn. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a closely related field.
