Denodo Support Engineer

Job Description Role - Denodo Support Engineer Location- Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaDuration- 6 Months ExtendableExp- 5+ years· 5+ years of hands experience on Denodo· Hands on experience in creating data virtualization layers to meet organizational requirements.· Should be aware of Data integration with various data sources and security accesses controls within Denodo.· Proficiency in writing/debugging complex SQL queries· Experience with other Data Virtualization tools (e.g., Starburst, Dremio) is a plus.· Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.· Experience in Operation support, processes involved. – incident management, handling (L1/L2/L3) and service requests· Should be aware of ITIL fundamentals· Collaborate with various stakeholders (IT, Business, users) to understand the issue and resolve the same.· Should have working experience with Service Now – in handling, tracking and closing incidents/requests.· Flexible to work in shifts
