Job Vacancy: Dental ReceptionistDepartment: Dental ClinicType: Full-time (minimum of 32 hours)IHCH (International Health Care Centre) is looking for a dental receptionist.Our receptionist team provide essential administrative support to our dentist andassistant staff, ensuring the smooth operation of dental clinic on a daily basis. If you aredetail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment, weencourage you to apply.Regular clinic hours are Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00.Key Responsibilities For Dental Receptionist Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, schedulingappointments, and managing patient records. Coordinate communication between patients, medical professionals, and thefinance department. Process billing and payments on the spot. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient files and medical documentation. Handle incoming correspondence (emails, phone calls, etc.) and direct inquiriesto the appropriate departments. Provide administrative support for healthcare professionals as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and privacy regulations (GDPR)Qualifications Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Knowledge of Dutch and other language is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
