We believe in empowering our employees through training, performance-based growth, and a culture of learning and collaboration.Job DescriptionThe RCM Specialist is responsible for managing the complete claim lifecycle—from verification through denial management and AR follow-ups. You will ensure billing accuracy, minimize denials, and help improve client revenue outcomes. This role requires prior hands-on experience with U.S. dental RCM operations.Role & ResponsibilitiesInsurance Verification and detailed breakdownsManage denial triage and resubmissions within the defined SLAConduct AR follow-ups (30–90 days) with payers and practicesReconcile payments, adjustments, and write-offsPrepare monthly KPI dashboards and contribute to review meetingsAssist clients in understanding revenue trends and operational gapsEnsure compliance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and client confidentiality standardsTechnical & Soft SkillsProficiency in Epic, Open Dental, Athena, or similar PMS toolsStrong understanding of EOBs, ERA postings, and AR analysisExcellent Oral and Written communication skills in English Excellent analytical and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple accounts and meet tight deadlinesEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in a health, medical, technical, or business related field. 2–4 years of RCM experience with U.S. dental practicesComplimentary Skillset BDS, BBA, Accounting, or MBBS will be preferred Certification in HIPPA complianceWork Location & Timing• Company Office: Phase 3 DHA, Lahore• US work hours - must sync with client working hoursHow to ApplySend your CV to rcm.jobs@blocbelt.com
