As the Business Coordinator, you’ll be working on some of the agencies most exciting portfolios and join a team that delivers exceptional work to our clients. Reporting into the Business Manager and Business Director, the successful candidate will be a core support person in the team helping achieve a high level of overall service to clients.

What your role and typical day might look likeBasic understanding of the New Zealand media marketplaceUse and understanding of entry level media maths and terminologiesUsing tools such as Pegasus, TV Map, Arianna to load, check and report on media bookingsUsing third party data platforms such as Nielsen to run programme performance information and AQX to run competitive data analysisAssist in the preparation of various reports including; post analysis, final buys, competitive and planning documentsWorking with media and agencies on ensuring the timely delivery of materialTo ensure correct client billing by addressing any account queries and checking proformasGeneral admin and support including:

filing, scanning, WIP updatesA bit about you to be successful in the role: Shows initiative to think ahead with a willingness to learn as a part of a wider teamConfident communication skills and attention to detail – will need to understand media maths and terminologiesModerate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerpointPrevious use of planning tools such as Arianna, Roy Morgan, AQX and CMI will be highly beneficial – but we‘ll teach youPrevious use of billing system such as Pegasus will be highly beneficial - but we’ll teach you that too!Become a champion for meaningful progress:
