If yes, keep reading!Tasks & ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for various types of research projects, ranging from target audience analyses to strategic research initiatives such as customer segmentations and Category Entry Point (CEP) studies.
You will work directly with clients in insight projects that have the potential to shape the strategy, marketing and R&D initiatives of some of the most iconic brands you’ll find in Finland and the Nordics.
You will be involved in developing dentsu’s Insight offering; what kind of research methodologies and methods should we use to tackle different problems, and how do we deliver exceptional value to our clients, while keeping a commercially sustainable team?You will manage a portfolio of insight clients, working from A to Z by selling and scoping projects, and analyzing and presenting the results to the clients. QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience from equivalent positions. Experience in serving clients and in serving as a trusted advisor.
Experience in translating data analysis into compelling stories and building engaging and visually appealing presentations. Experience in utilizing quantitative research methods such as factor analysis/PCA, cluster analysis and regression analysis. Hands-on experience running various quantitative methods and data analyses independently. Being able to discuss the role of different frameworks and theories on a strategic level, including how to apply the latest academic research and theories. Knowledge of which metrics and frameworks to use when driving (brand) growth, and experience and understanding of data theory in a marketing context. A Master’s degree or equivalent from a relevant field.
Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
