Key responsibility: Your main focus is to help us proactively create and establish talent pools for volume/hard-to-fill roles.

You will also drive recruitment processes from A-Z based on established processes in close partnership with various hiring managers in the Nordics. …you will also…Work in our Global ATS, Workday. Sourcing skills @ LinkedIn. Comfortable working in a process-oriented setting in a high-paced environment. Excel with the responsibility of driving your own portfolio of recruitment processes along with different TA-related projects. Be comfortable with a lot of stakeholders across multiple locations.
