MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for a hospitality-minded Client Service and Event Manager to oversee registration and communications for global sports hospitality programs for several of our Fortune 500 clients! You are excited by the prospect of working on award winning sponsorship accounts, passionate about being part of a team and being integral to an achieving agency. You will be in office for 2 days/week and occasionally onsite at client events. You will report to: Sr.
ManagerResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal and client teams to define and manage event registration components across multiple annual eventsDevelop tailored registration plans, timelines, and communication strategiesOversee end-to-end registration, including guest list management, inquiries, itineraries, and content creationBe the primary contact for guests, executive offices, and third-party registration platformsLead junior team members and ensure alignment across programsManage event websites, ticket distribution, and on-site registration logisticsCreate client-ready materials:
recaps, itineraries, guest plans, and presentationsLead and contribute to client meetings, calls, and communicationsTrack registration progress, resolve issues, and maintain project timelinesEvaluate event outcomes and recommend improvements and growth strategiesAbout YouBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role4+ years of experience in the events or guest management spaceExperience in high-level corporate events and hospitalityExperience maintaining websites and with guest registration platformsExceptional client service and interaction skills with senior leadersExperience working with and leading a teamExperience managing event components such as guest trackers, rooming lists and transportation manifestsExperience in a high-level client-facing roleExperience building presentations / delivering themAbility to travel and work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysThe annual base salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400.
Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
