The role demands both strategic thinking and creative excellence. We would prefer if you have a background as a copywriter, but if you're the right profile, you could also have a background as an Art Director or Strategist, but you’ve evolved into a leader and an inspiration for other creatives. You will work closely with strategists, project managers, designers, and client leads — all with the goal of creating campaigns that earn the audience’s attention and strengthen our clients’ business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Leading and coaching creative teams through the entire process — from concept to final productionDeveloping and refining creative concepts for campaigns across various channels and formatsEnsuring the creative work maintains a high standard both visually, content-wise, and strategicallyActing as a strategic partner to the client team, contributing to strong creative briefs and solutionsPresenting ideas and concepts to clients in a persuasive and inspiring mannerContributing to an open and creative climate where innovation and learning are encouragedStaying updated on new creative formats, trends, and technologiesFor this role, we are looking for someone who has:
At least 10 years of experience in a creative role as an art director or copywriter, with experience leading creative teamsStrong credentials in strategic idea development, conceptual thinking, and brand buildingThe ability to combine creative excellence with an understanding of the client’s business and target audienceExperience leading creative processes and delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and social mediaConfidence in presenting and defending ideas to both internal teams and external clientsExcellent proficiency in Swedish and English — both spoken and writtenWhat We Offer:
