Job Description

Job Objective This is a Management position in DTC to take responsibility for running the enabling functions of the organization and will have multiple Team Leads reporting into this role. Procurement & Services, Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration, Business Continuity Management, Risk & Information Security, Tech Services, Legal, Compliance & Secretariat, Strategic & Marketing Communications, PMO are all the support organizations reporting into the role. This role will require constant positive engagement with the CEO, LOBT Tech Heads in DTC, Functional Leads in SGP – to ensure smooth functioning of all teams, be the trusted advisor & ensure DTC objectives are met. Principal Responsibilities Ensure day to day operations of all support functions are carried out in a timely & consistent manner Plan, prioritise & prepare for audits – internal & external. Need to ensure all audits are closed well ahead of time without any qualifications Ensure all the compliances and filings are met. Experience of working in Transfer pricing environment & exposure to APA will be an advantage Manage transaction processing teams like Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration, Procurement & Services to ensure KRIs are met Manage compliance & regulatory functions like Legal, Compliance & Secretariat, Business Continuity Management, Risk & Information Security, etc., to ensure 100% compliance & adherence Manage relationship with regional team to share / learn from best practices and/or changes happening within Need to understand & review processes for automation opportunities and process improvements to manage scale & growth Strong people management & stakeholder management skills will be important to be successful in this role Ability to work independently achieving results on a consistent basis will be highly desirable. Education and Relevant Experience 20+ years’ experience having varied experience in managing diverse teams, with a broad overview of support team functioning Sound experience to manage the large corporate level shared service function including real estate and procurement Strong data sense plus the experience of business finance and workforce management Ability to engage with business leaders and drive collaborative outcomes, ensuring compliance & business needs Should have strong people management & stakeholder management skills.
