Department Manager - Fashion Factory - Pune

Job Purpose: as a Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and personnel within your designated department to ensure efficient functioning and exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of associates, manage inventory, uphold visual merchandising standards, and drive sales within your department.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of associates, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.Customer Service: Ensure all customers receive excellent service through effective communication, product knowledge, and problem-solving skills.Sales and Profitability: Drive sales within your department through effective merchandising, product assortment, and promotional activities.
