Deployment Engineer (DevOps & QA)

This job is with RondahAbout the Role:As part of Rondah AIs Deployment team, youll own the configuration and setup of our AI agents across hundreds of dental clinics. Youll be responsible for building, testing, and deploying configurations that define how the agent interacts with each practice from scheduling logic and provider availability to communication workflows. Youll work closely with operations, QA, and engineering to ensure every clinic goes live seamlessly.Responsibilities: Build and test clinic-specific configurations in Rondahs onboarding and admin consoles. Use/build internal tools to validate data integrity, detect availability issues, and manage rollout versions. Run deployment pipelines to push builds to staging and production environments. Perform end-to-end testing of agent workflows and resolve edge cases before launch. Collaborate with the engineering team to debug configuration issues and improve tooling. Help streamline the onboarding process by identifying repeatable templates and automation opportunities.Requirements 3 to 5 years of experience in technical implementation, QA automation, or deployment engineering. Strong attention to detail and comfort debugging complex configurations. Familiarity with APIs, JSON/YAML configs, and version-controlled environments. Experience with QA and staging workflows. Basic scripting or automation skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
