We’re evolving from the inside out, creating a future that’s as ambitious as it is necessary.We’re looking for a Deployment Specialist responsible to understand the different dynamics of the channels, coordinate the execution of multi-category commercial initiatives across the various channels, providing the appropriate tools (POP material, trade programs, consumer engagement activities), training, and necessary resources to achieve business objectives.AccountabilitiesCoordinate local agencies (PPOSM/TPOSM/Events and Activations).Execute the multi-category commercial deployment strategy by channel.Coordinate communication with CCCD commercial teams, acting as the single point of contact for the market.Implement the point-of-sale visibility strategy (PPOSM/TPOSM) for all categories and all channels.Coordinate logistics (not related to products), such as POP materials, promotional items, and activation materials, providing support to all channels within the commercial organization.Ensure the execution of administrative programs in the markets, awards, TPOSM (e.g., DTE/MGM).Coordinate consumer engagement activities, as well as coordination with agencies.RequirementsAdvanced English.University degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, projects, and strategy.Experience in advertising agencies, campaign and project management (preferred).18449
