Together, we focus on delivering cutting-edge solutions for some of the world’s leading brands, such as Meta, TikTok, eBay, Netflix, Logitech, Philips, and more, while fostering an environment of global collaboration and innovation. Job PurposeWe're seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team and create captivating visual designs for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative and sales teams to translate concepts and ideas into compelling visual designs for digital media.

Your expertise in Figma and Adobe, along with your strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout, will be essential in producing high-quality graphics and other visual elements that effectively communicate our clients' messages. You will ensure brand consistency and deliver visually appealing designs that meet our clients' standards.

If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a talent for visual thinking, we encourage you to apply!Key ResponsibilitiesProduce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences and adhere to clients' brand guidelines;Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that align with project goals;Ensure your design work reflects current industry trends by staying informed and incorporating them as needed;Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines;Ensure all design work is high-quality, error-free, and meets accessibility and usability standards;Collaborate closely with art directors to guarantee precise and effective design implementation across all platforms.

What We Are Looking ForA minimum of three years of professional experience in:

Layout design for social media campaigns, Amazon Content (A+, product gallery, brand story), Brand Identity;Expert level skills in Figma isn't a mustExpert level Adobe Creative CloudExperience in eRetail is a plus but not requiredDevelop and refine initial concepts—whether your own or those of others—to produce high-quality visual designsWell organized, responsible and dedicated to your workSelf-learning and being able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast evolving environmentFull working proficiency in the English languageLocated and directly available to start working in Macedonia/Croatia/SpainWE OFFERThe benefits depend upon the location where you apply from, so feel free to check with the recruiter.
