Our cutting-edge solutions, rapid adaptation to market challenges, and technological excellence set us apart from traditional companies.Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT, and VISA.The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a Deputy AMLO!Requirements:— Proven experience (5+ years) in AML/CFT compliance within the financial services, fintech, or crypto-asset sector.— Profound knowledge of Austrian FM-GwG, FMA regulations, EU AML directives, and MiCA.— Strong understanding of risk-based approach, KYC, EDD, and transaction monitoring frameworks.— Experience in liaising with regulators (FMA, FIU) and managing AML audits or inspections.— Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).— Ability to work independently and make compliance decisions with high integrity.— University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related field.— CAMS, ICA, or equivalent AML certification is a strong plus.Responsibilities:— Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide risk assessment (EWRA) in accordance with Sec 4 FM-GwG; update it annually.— Design, implement, and continuously improve AML/CFT strategies, policies, controls, and IT systems, ensuring their ongoing effectiveness.— Prepare and maintain internal AML/CFT manuals, procedures, and instructions.— Conduct regular and ad-hoc reviews of AML/CFT measures and processes; identify and remediate deficiencies.— Define and implement enhanced due diligence (EDD) procedures and ensure proper application in high-risk cases (PEPs, high-risk geographies, etc.).— Review and approve/reject new and high-risk business relationships.— Monitor transactions and block or release those that require further investigation.— Investigate anomalies or unusual activity, document findings, and propose corrective actions.— Organize and deliver AML/CFT and sanctions training programs for employees.— Submit Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) in accordance with Sec 16 FM-GwG and liaise with Austrian Financial Intelligence Unit (AT-FIU) and other competent authorities.— Serve as point of contact for the FMA, AT-FIU, and other supervisory or law enforcement bodies.— Prepare and submit reports to management on both a regular and ad hoc basis.— Oversee compliance with record-keeping obligations under FM-GwG and company policy.— Manage remediation of findings from independent AML reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections.— Foster a strong culture of compliance across the organization and coordinate with the Market Abuse Officer (where applicable).Work conditions:Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3:— Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.Work with the Fintech of the Future:— Develop your skills in digital finance and shape the global market.Take Your Professionalism to the Next Level:— Gain unique experience and be part of global transformations.Drive Innovations:— Influence the industry and contribute to groundbreaking solutions.Join a Strong Team:— Collaborate with top experts worldwide and grow alongside the best.Work-Life Balance & Well-being:— Modern equipment.— Comfortable working conditions, and an inspiring environment to help you thrive.— 25 business days of paid leave.— Corporate events.With us, you’ll dive into the world of unique blockchain technologies, reshape the crypto landscape, and become an innovator in your field.
