Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesYou shall be primarily responsible for delivering various critical components of the Myntra House of Brands business’ P&L.You will play a critical role in laying out a strategic roadmap for the evolution and growth of the business, as well as lead execution of high impact, cross-functional projects.Key Responsibilities ● P&L Focus: Manage the various components of the P&L ● Monitor & Manage Key Business Metrics: Customer acquisition/ retention, new selection & NPDs, Conversion, Selection and price competitiveness, Revenue per Business unit, Marketing/ Discounts per BU and Gross Margins ● Product: Monitor global trends in consumer behavior and use a deep understanding of consumer needs ● Cross-Functional Ownership: Role entails close working with various internal teams across Product, Technology, Fulfillment, Customer Support, Corporate Strategy and Marketing etc. The role will be to manage relationships and take accountability of the end-to-end delivery of tasks to lead to traffic growth, conversion and additional revenue for each category. ● Pricing and Promotions: Ideate sales promotions with marketing teams, manage website pricing through bench-marking ● Reporting: Performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders ● Business Development - Aligning and onboarding new suppliers for House of Brands, ensuring regular addition of new selection and business growth● Managing end-to-end scale up of one of our upcoming fast-fashion brandsDesired Candidate ● Prior P&L / Category Management / Corporate Development/ Corporate Strategy/ Product Management experience preferable● Approximately 6 years’ experience● Excellent understanding of market and consumer trends● Highly analytical. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.● Self-starter with excellent communication, leadership, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills● Ability to communicate effectively with different functional teams and levels to lead the achievement of the objective● Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills● Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders and partners
