Deputy Director / Senior Assistant Director (Learning and Development)

What The Role IsWe are seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Learning and Development team in MDDI’s Human Resource Department, Corporate Development Division. The job holder will develop, drive, promote and implement learning and development initiatives in support of MDDI’s people strategies.What You Will Be Working On Drive the development and implementation of competency-based leadership and capability development strategies, policies and practices to enhance staff development and workforce capabilities. Plan and facilitate learning and development opportunities for MDDI officers to build core capabilities and leadership skills, including nomination for key milestone programmes, organisation of in-house programmes and in-service scholarship and sponsorship awards. Leverage on HR tech and learning systems, including online learning platforms such as LEARN and Agency Learning (ALS) to foster a culture of continuous learning. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to (1) HR and future of work; and (2) Learning and Development.What We Are Looking For 7-8 years of relevant working experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong conceptual, analytical and writing skills.
